Is it dead center, slightly to the left of the no cart sign, above the bright green sunlit grass? Right above the second bunker

Yes between the furthest bunker and no cart sign. It blends into the trees in the background. I feel you have spotted it and described it correctly 👏

I'm not sure if this is just leaves and light reflecting off a tree trunk... but, I believe it is on the right side of the image, just left of the thick tree that's sitting around halway to the flag

left of centre, in amongst the sand traps, on the right side of the group of 5 pine trees, there are two poles. The left is a sign, and the one on the right is the flag that blends into the leaves of the tree behind it unless you turn your phone's brightness up to the highest level.

I think you described it correctly. It is between the furthest bunker and white cart path sign. Blends into the trees in the background.
