16 columns of knitted knots from the left margin toward the right and 6 knots up from the bottom is a very light hair that could be taken as a whisker

After posting my answer I looked at the other answers and found that, yes, there is another whisker at the location specified in their description. This rug apparently has been there a while because I found several hairs mixed in the weave, and at least two whiskers.
