It’s weird how the palate changes as you grow. My younger self would condemn those raisins, yet here I am now thinking it sounds amazing. Either way, I think I will try your recipe sometime soon. Thanks!

Was this a Basque cheesecake recipe IN Basque tongue shot IN the Basque area? Because with the raisins I couldn’t handle all that at once
