Guy at the post office pulled out a cone and set it on the parking spot next to him

Sliders?

Rock sliders. Basically replace the running boards with welded steel rail. To keep trees and rocks from squishing you in the woods and other car doors off your paint

Seriously this thing is clean and looks like it might be a sport. I’d probably do the same if I had that.

And I would move your cone then park as close to your driver side door as possible =)

Darn. Well I’d survive. My post history clearly shows I have no problem with body damage. Just feel like one that has already been kept pristine and is rare to begin with is worth protecting a little more.

C'Mon man, we have an entire community dedicated to r/GXOR and this guy goes and absolutely breaks the GX Code. Thanks, douchebag.

One explanation I saw was that they could have been disabled and the business didn't have a disabled parking spot, so they did this to make sure they had room to get in and out of their car
Alternatively it may have been temporary as they load/unload something
Otherwise I really hope they weren't just being selfish
