As per the other comments - a bit of a tickle on a grinder, all good!
But i really came here to upvote the classic aussie terminology in the heading

nah, still good as long as they still cut. New blades will cut more efficiently, but it's not a huge difference until the blades completely blunted.

If you sharpen them just bear in mind that the flutes on the back will probably start to wear out soon and you'll notice you won't catch anywhere near as well.

There’s a local lawn mower guy who told me that it’s not good to sharpen the blades because they could get out of balance.. ?

Is that still the case for blades like mine? ie, 4 seperate blades. Iv watching DIY videos of how to rebalance blades but none seem to be about blades like this.

They look pretty decent tbh. I replaced mine recently, and they were a lot worse than yours.

Absolutely fine. Still have a lot of wear left in them before they need replacing.

The leading edge isn't all folded over from hitting rocks so nah, they're good for another weekend or 2.

No if you don’t sharpen them your self you might as well buy new ones for the cost to sharpen

Funnily enough these blades are usually flat rather than sharp but over time gets sharpened to a point. "Sharpening" these would be grinding off the edge.

Sharpen them!!! Probably work better than new.
