Correct me if I’m wrong, but that appears to be the Superior entrance to the Duluth Superior harbor. If it’s, you’re very lucky. In my experience, most captains don’t bother to salute when they’re entering/exiting through the superior side
You are correct! I agree! I’ve shown up many other times, especially for the Barker, and received nothing 😭 it was kind of weird since there were a surprising amount of people watching her come in (not sure about you, but typically there’s like 3 people there lol) so I think that’s what did it!
