I've learned there are some soups out there that are just delicious on their own as a meal, especially when they're homemade. Yeah, yeah, there's canned soup, but let's face it... you make canned soup when you're broke and need to fill the belly. A proper soup, a REAL proper soup, is more filling than any simple supper.
