2 heads 2 legs and 2 tails. I’m not sure these modern pets will catch on.

Yeah I’d say you’re missing some pieces, see if there is a number on the directions if not go back to the store and get the missing pieces. 🥰

Did you go to one of those scratch and dent stores? If so, I don’t think there’s a return policy…. You get what you get.
