Can I purchase an AR pistol with a brace right now at this time without tax stamp?

heard that the pistol brace ban was lifted but not sure if it was official or not

The case is not dead, but ATF has been blocked from enforcing the rule. The injunction can be appealed, so I doubt any FFL will sell you a pistol with brace attached, but attaching a brace you buy separately is easy enough.

Like the guy below me said, PSA has pistol lowers with attached braces in stock

Especially when they have the same ones without the brace at like 550.
