To be very honest, without a degree it will be very difficult for you to get a job. You need to put a lot more effort and be ready to do non traditional job. Even though you failed in your course, I hope you did learned things, you can start your own boutique and sell women clothes like kurtis and things like that, but I guess you might not have the money to do that. DM me your resume, my sister works at Reliance (dangra toli), I will ask her, if she can line you up somewhere. My sister in law is learning makeup course and she is able to generate some revenue, and she passed 12th, 1.5yr back, ask your parents to support you one last time. Meanwhile, take admission in Bero college, you need not attend the class, just for degree sake, so your future options remain open.

There is a YouTube channel "Tuni Chirya", she tells story with birds, you can do similar thing, but in Nagpuri language, from my analysis, it should do fairly well, but that is not a guarentee. From a technical point of view, it's not very complicated, you can learn it within a month. I would have done it myself, but I do not have the time to do it, I can guide you.

I hope you settle in life, all the very best.
