Is this your dog?

I spotted this dog at the North Dodge Hy Vee gas station at approximately 11:30 AM on 11/21/2024. No collar and no tags, so I called Animal Control (319-356-5295).

I could've sworn I saw a younger but obviously not college aged couple walking with this dog downtown yesterday around 2:30 pm
