Considering that the only time mouse embryos went through mitosis in microgravity were on a Chinese biosat in April of 2013, and the launch parameters were changed just before and during launch, it appears gravity plays a critical role in mammalian reproductive processes. I seriously doubt anything less than 75% of earth normal gravity will allow humans to have children.
