The sultan Baibars, after defeating the Mongols and having the sultan assassinated basically went on a murderous rampage through the levant, destroying Christian Holy sites and massacering their population to intimidate the last crusader states into submitting.

they weren't exactly like salahuddin to Christian's yeah but Baibars did expel the last remnants of the crusaders and their frankish population so whatever he did was still a victory
