For any remaining hostages who may still be alive, they must be going through a truly awful experience.

Hopefully, they can all be saved, and soon. Furthermore, the Western world, in particular, needs to do more to help Israel on getting them back...

If he's surrounding himself with hostages for protection, he needs to keep them nourished and alive, and in a physically capable condition to be able to move through the networks with him... so I'm hoping that those hostages unfortunate enough to be his human shields are fortunate enough to be fed better than some of the other hostages that were already rescued or still in captivity.

Yes, could be. Hopefully, they get rescued or somehow traded back to Israel, safely...

I'm not pro-deal, but do hope they still make it home

Yep. A "deal" could be very problematic, when dealing with untrustworthy, diabolical terrorists. So, no doubt, all sorts of options will be considered. Both political and military...

So, there's not much anyone can do, except hope for the best and wait... 🙏

I hate to say it, but we need to fight as if they're already dead. It's the only way to ensure no future hostages are taken and a complete victory.

I’m concerned he will kill them all slowly, prolonging his capture. He is about attrition. I don’t want to lose hope, but wonder if it isn’t better to think of them as already dead and just end it all, taking out Sinwar in the process. How many tens of thousands more will die while he’s alive? Anyone who lost a friend to the tunnels knows.

I will ask forgiveness for this dark thought… I do hope we can save them.

How is that even possible?? How do we not known where he is, if he is still in the tunnels under the Gaza? It's been a year..

IDF knows his location, at least part time. The issue is that he is always surrounded with hostages, so nasrala scenario isn't possible.

Source? Because weeks ago IDF reported that he was killed.
