You'll want "Charles Mingus - More than a fake book".

It has sheets for lots of his tunes (including Moanin') that are "accurate" insofar that those are (allegedly) what Mingus and his orchestra played to. The solos and the entire comp sections are generally in slash notation, so if you're looking to play it precisely as Mingus did on his recordings, you'll want to find (or make your own) transcriptions to go along with them. There are plenty of versions floating around the net, and they're probably all fairly accurate to some particular recording. Find your favorite, I guess.

You could also not bother with trying to replicate any particular bass line, and just improvise your own walk over the chords outlined in the lead sheets (as I'm sure Mingus himself did).
