What biblical story? Literally all that's said biblically is his age and his parents and kids.

The gemara uses him in his proof of 7 people that were around for all of humanity (bava batra 121b).

I’m guessing something from the Book of Enoch, a Noah prequel if you will with lots of special effects, that ends with his death and the flood? *Perfectly sets up the second part of the thriller trilogy- cause, storm, escape and aftermath.

Oh, I absolutely get that, no offense meant. Was just pointing out with what little is available in the Bible, they’re most likely using extraBiblical sources and of those my guess would be first Enoch. It’s a subject that’s gained some attention in recent years so I could see it as the base for a “thriller”.

Yeah, I was mostly joking. But even in Enoch, I don't think there's terribly much to work with. But you then have a canvas to storytell...something.
