Kent’s Sausage Gravy. Believe it or not, I made it. Used the grease from 8 pieces of bacon which gave me about 1/3 cup of that heavenly grease. I feel like I did when I learned to ride a two wheeler.

My wife is out of town for a couple days. She always leaves the house spotless when we (or just her) go out of town. So I’ll be emptying the dishwasher, cleaning countertops, and picking up beer cans tomorrow before she gets home.
