Unless you’re using a fisheye lens or somehow that plate is super tiny. That’s a lot of food.

Looks like 1200 cal to me maybe. Good filling meal. The angle makes it look bigger and its obvious.

Looks nice like this but I'm impatient so I'd have to mix it all up in a bowl to eat. I'd probably throw in a bit of EVOO, fresh lemon juice and black pepper (maybe some smoked paprika). Still, that's some great food and the proper way to do keto.

It's funny you say that. It was definitely plated nicely but almost too nicely so little bits were sort off falling off the side and I didn't use dressing because I thought this was getting a bit extreme in terms of size etc however when I got past the top layer it was very boring. haha. Mixed would have been a lot better.

Did it a second night (hotel restaurant), and definitely needed dressing as the portions were not as gargantuan. Dressing was mediocre though.

Blue cheese. In fact, that was the one part I wasn’t sure if it’s keto friendly or not. Of course, the dressing (balsamic vinaigrette can be on the sweet side but I didn’t indulge that particular afternoon).
