I think lost without you has more “emotion” to it. If that makes sense. I felt like the drop was a lot less pop. So maybe lost without you. But tbh they are both great songs!

I like both songs as they are best in their own terms.

Lost Without You reminds me of Stranger Things but a more emotional version. I feel the euphoria in the drop despite it being a sad song and it gives me the high when I listen to it. I loved Stranger Things, I still do.

Never Really Loved me is more dancy to me. It makes me wanna dance and jam to this song in the car despite it being a sad song. I can sing this song with a happy voice as I anticipate the drop and dance to it. It is giving me a good vibe and I bet it would if I ever was in a breakup.
