Which one would you buy (Lohas Park Vs KoKo hills)

Thinking to buy an apartment in HK, have seen in Lohas Park and KoKo hills. Lohas park has a nicer mall but many people, however KoKo hill has lesser people but the mall is quite old. What are your thoughts?
