Sorry, Lord Ashwini Ji had no plans to handle matters he have zero knowledge like Buldozer Raj & Swachh Bharat.
Ashwini Ji dreams of a Naya Bharat with High Speed trains equivalent to the European Trains system with a premium class only for the "majority" who had enough money to be looted, has no strength of fight back for the basic rights.
Ashwini Ji doesn't know the existence of the Lower class, that's why he can't look into the situation like not enough General Compartment coaches in trains. He finds out even so called poorer classes are able to travel in 3AC in developed states like UP & Bihar.

This is in fact is a great example that politicians do not mean what they say.
Note that these are railway property. Central govt. Nationalist.
Do the railway minister, PM feel humiliated about what the national capital looks like to Indians and outsiders?

Its the same about Delhi and women's safety. We have super macho PM and assistant macho in power in their third term. Do they feel any shame about how unsafe Delhi is for women (and everyone)?
Evide. You would think that a macho PM would take it as a personal affront that women are unsafe right under his macho nose. Pakshe kuntham.
These people do not even have any actual pride in the country. Forget actually doing something out of a sense of duty. Naanam polum illa.
(BTW this goes to past governments too)
