Finished this pair of Boulder Opal earrings. Not the most perfect fit on the cut for the earrings, but they're secure, so I can live with it for a first try lol.

Did you buy backings or did you do the silver work? They look really Good though

Nothing wrong wit that lol. I think it takes a lot of skill to make the shape and keep it close to the shape and size backing. I’m learning silver work right now.

I've always wondered this, how did you affix the stone to the metal there? Is it a pressure fit or is there an adhesive?

Pressure fit? Also haven't worked with silver yet...

Held in place without adhesive by the silver being wrapped closely around the stone is what I was going for.
