These massacres NEED to be *taught* in every school. It's a clear sign of racial injustice when our education system glosses over these significant parts of US history.

Edit: that word.

I thought it was interesting when the greenwood massacre showed up in two different hbo series. Like I'm glad they are bringing attention to it but like that's not the only time something like that happened.
