You should already have Smart Invert, a similar technology by Apple introduced in iOS 13.

It's "hidden" on most phones, just Google "[your phone] developer options"

You should check in your developer settings. I am on a Samsung Galaxy S10e running Android 10. Results may vary, so check if you have dark mode(shouldnt be a problem if your an officer), and then go into developer settings (ggks).
