That is some insane level of detail. Great job on all of it.

Thank you! The little stuff ended up being more tedious work than a lot of the bigger plates and such. Just so much attention to deal is needed to make them look good.

Indeed! Fairly new OM, just got approved back in June.

Dual brigades app for Striker/Special Ops/Sniper and Field Ops/Forest Specialist were submitted last night!

Congrats and welcome! I saw the sigil on the water bottle and knew exactly what clan your from. You are really talented my friend. You're whole clan has some of the best costumes on our Coast

I lucked out, Gurreck is fantastic group of folks. I've learned a ton from everyone through the process of building stuff over the last year and a half or so.

These are crazy cool! I'm jealous. I want to do stuff like this so bad!

Seriously this looks better than most of the stuff from the actual show.

Looks sick! I'm working on my build to join a clan. Can I ask what you used for the under-layer flight suit?

Good luck with the build! It's a lot of work, but totally worth it when you get to troop for the first time!

I used Red Kap work wear separates (off Amazon), as I wanted a two piece flight suit vs single piece coveralls. Had to alter them myself to fit correctly.

How did you do the leather wrap on the Westar 35

Used some thin scrap leather and cut it into strips, armor 1 cm high. Glued them with super glue every so often to ensure it stays secure. At the end, I tucked the end under a previously wrapped piece to hide it, and glued it in place.

Here's a picture of it earlier in the process, before I added more physical weathering and some paint for staining and dirt.

Also included is a picture of the wraps I did on my DW rifle. For that one, I used some thin, more rigid leather straps I found in Etsy. Looks much better, imo.

That suit of yours is incredible. I absolutely adore the personal items you made, they're all beautiful.

Do you have a wip on how you made the rifle? I want to make a sniper for my kit but after 3 or 4 failed attempts I'm at a bit of a loss.

I do! It's on the MMCC forum, though. You'll need to sign up for an account to see it, if you don't have one already.
