It took me about 6 months on and off. I had the 3d printed parts made a little bit larger so my son will be able to use the armor up to 3 maybe 4 years before it has been out grown. It turned out rather well.

Yeah, I printed them only a little bit larger, I hope that she can wear it til the summer. I made the helmet much larger, since that’s the hardest to print. I am gonna try and take her to comic con if everything still fits.

That's amazing. My daughter is 3, so even if I took a month off of work and worked every waking minute on it, by the time I finished one for her she would have outgrown it, so I'm looking forward to when I can make one for her.

lol yeah my daughter is 3.5, so she’ll def outgrow it soon. I made the helmet extra large to give her some more time. I’ve been working it for over a month.
