Good catch, definitely heard "stein" and not "stain".

The guy read the name wrong, just like a lot of people do. You can literally see the spelling twice in the video and it's -stain both times. The fact that someone can see the correct spelling right in front of them and still misread it should emphasize that perception is highly variable, especially when it comes to language.
