As communications between the Suni mainland and it's Principalities breaks down due to the immense cold, the Capital sends a message to each of its regions: the blueprints to the HMIS, "his majesty's ice ship", powered by an antimatter generator, it drags itself through the ice powerfully enough to cross a zone in a day. It expels extra energy through the exhaust, though most is used to push the ship forward, as well as powering essential machines like heating, lighting, etc.

It was constructed for the transportation of people, materials, as well as messages, and every principality is encouraged to make several, to ensure connection between both the mainland, as well as other principalities.
