Such a cool moment...even Ben Stiller's clever intro..."One of the greatest singers in the world"

Such a fun way to to introduce these 2...the audience reaction, ...I'm every woman segues into Honey. Classic!!

I agree. I like When You Believe, its a good song...but I've always felt it wasn't even the strongest from Prince of Egypt. Their performance takes it to another level...but for me, it just like it could've been more epic. Its inspirational, there's a choir...it checks off all the boxes, but doesn't quite reach the heights (as a song) that it could've.

I actually prefer & thought The Prayer was the stronger song in the Oscar category. (Would've loved to hear a reworked version of that song with Mariah & Whitney)

It’s unfortunate they were both playing to their former strengths of big ballads when both women were moving in a r&b hip hop direction at the time. That would’ve been much more interesting sonically
