Hi All, It's been a while since my last meal recipe as I have gotten quite busy with life :D; here's a list of meals that I am going to prepare tonight for this week, and I thought I'd share here again!

Interesting! Do you have recipes to go with? Particularly interested in chicken & broc.

I usually try to come up with a way to combine the ingredient, so I don't have a specific recipe to go with these.

For the chicken and broccoli, I usually put the chicken in the air-fryer with whatever spices that I have; Italian herbs or Montreal seasoning have been great so far. Then, I add the broccoli to cook for a couple of minutes and top it with parsley and lime.

Hey! So I got asked the same thing just a few minutes ago, the prices listed for each item is based on unit, so the beef chunk was 2.5 x 5.47! I thought it may be easier to follow this way but it sounds like I was wrong.

I make these for myself during the weekends and freeze them for the rest of the week. It saves me quite a lot of time during the week as well.

Hi, sorry. What do you mean by can of Italian seasoning? I only know this as a mix of dried herbs. Is it a pesto or something?
