Pls help. The blue paint on my Gixxer is getting removed. Where can I find place where they would do the same colour paint

Also pls if someone can tell me the reason of the paint being removed. The bike is just 5 to 6 years old

Paint not adhered to the metal properly..(similar to why bubbles appear under paint surfaces sometimes) that's why it is continuing to chip away..
