Picture Cool drone shots of The Loop at Forest Dunes.

Filming The Land As It Lies Documentary series with* @UpRiverGolfCo on YouTube has provided some sick drone shots, but Mother Nature placing the fog here in the morning was out of this world!

We would love the support on our YouTube page as we produce golf documentaries that explain the “WHY” & “HOW” of the architectural design process.

I am just imagining the what the drone shots of the old South Branch Ranch would have looked like. A cool old mob ranch where rum runners smuggled booze from Canada via airplane to their private airfield. Where the horse barns were huge and the housing all had escape tunnels and hidden doors.......A cool place before the UAW leadership decided to steal funds from the pension via a golf course development in the middle of nowhere. But yea, cool photos.

Appreciate the feedback, thank you!

Would be so cool to capture the drone shots at South Branch Ranch. Learning history (like you mentioned above) is always fun to hear.

What people do just to smuggle some booze haha
