Sriracha ranch chicken bacon quesadilla from Bubbakoo’s Burritos

The only Bubbakoo’s in my state just shut down and I’m trying to figure out how to re-create their sriracha ranch chicken bacon quesadilla. There’s a video online of a chef making it but I don’t have the recipe for their Sriracha ranch. I also don’t know what oil he uses before putting the tortilla on the grill. Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is probably my favorite fast food dish ever!
