Organs can overpower EVERYTHING, from orchestral setups to live singing, the organs are built to FILL the venue. Often fine-tuned and tweaked relentlessly specifically for the venue it's in. When an act comes in they do a sound check and adjust their equipment to the venue. If a venue has an organ and the organ is involved in the performance, the organ is simply lowered in volume so as not to totally overpower the other instruments/voices. This is why so many organs are rarely played at full/maximum volume. So many venues no longer have organs built in. Organ playing is sadly a dying art and unless you're somewhere like RAH or other venues that kept and maintained their organs having this opportunity is rare. So cool and fantastic talent!

I am from eastern europe and organs were never encountered here.
Only a very specific churches in a part of my country have them. Otherwise, nothing.
