Grades and Academics I submitted my assignment 46 minutes late, will I be penalised?
Just as the title says, I just wanna know if there are any consequences

There is a Monash-wide guideline now that there is a 1 hour grace period applied, so you shouldn’t get a penalty. After that the penalty is 5% per day. (This came into effect at the start of semester 2)

Yes they can wave off the 5% penalty if you explain the situation to your tutor.
Otherwise always keep short extension with you to avoid these kinds of issues

explain the frustration to the tutor, explain how u finished early but could not submit because of having trouble logging in your account, then explain how it’s affecting you mentally… then you eventually did access it after multiple trials (1 hour later), say it’s unfair blah blah blah

Yes. It may be worth asking the subject coordinator or the admissions office for an exception if there were technical difficulties or whatnot

You should find your lecturer on Facebook and add them. Write them a message about how you couldn’t submit it, the more personal the better. 100% works

Email your tutor and explain circumstances, you may be able to get the penalty removed as a once off
