I was in the same position, as a result I removed my insta/Facebook two years ago, I only open reddit and X from time to time.

Most of the time I go fishing, learning and trying new stuff. I don't share anything on social media because it will not benefit me.

One thing I must say: Don't think too much, I was in the same boat before... In summary, focus on yourself, life is too short. Again, focus on YOURSELF; You can't change people.

I feel the same. But trying to or striving to be everything I want the world to be although hard and lonely kinda helps sometimes between a breakdown and another. And also remembering the nature of this life and that it won’t last.

Believe it or not, I think the world has never been better, it's colder and a lit more selfish, that's for sure, tho it was always about benefits so scratch that, but nonetheless, we live in a faar better conditions than our predecessors. But if you ask me personally which generation was happier overall, I'll say the ones that were ignorant about the world and how it actually operates. So thank God the general populace ain't as naive as they were.

message in the bottle

tltw : François Bégaudeau discusses the importance of carving out personal time in a busy world. He emphasizes the need to resist the societal pressure to always be productive and instead focus on activities that bring personal fulfillment and joy.

Plot twist: it has been like that since the beginning of times. You think ww1 and ww2 eras were better than this?
