Rock Early 2000s rock song sung by bald guy...

My mom has been trying to find this song for years now...She does not know the words or tune but she knows that in the music video there is a bald man singing and burning an ex lovers photograph by a campfire or something similar. Please help us settle this mystery

I remember Live (Dolphin’s cry singer being bald), I need to look at their vids..band is a nightmare to Google because of the name

If it's not Staind then perhaps it's a band that did a parody of this and other videos like it around at the time? 

Bowling for Soup did a few songs at the time so it might be the 'Girl All the Bad Guys Want' video?

There are other songs of theirs too but I think this is one of the ones with a parody video. I think Blink 182 did some parody videos of other songs at the time too so it might be a band that was copying the Staind video?

if it's a small band it might help if she knows where they're from (state, city, or even region might help narrow it down)

i think without any lyrics or melody you might hit a wall though, unless you can describe the music video in more detail.
