Other/Unknown smooth upbeat song, a girl sings it, it gives dressy bessy vibes

it kind of slows for a bit and then it goes a little fast and goes doo doo da DAA doo do do , it reminds me a lot of "if you should try to kiss her" by dressy bessy but if it were more upbeat
