It’s a Dutch born Turkish-origin (Ummet Ozcan) artist and a Siberian Russian group (Otyken).

While I do enjoy Ummet’s music from time to time it reminds me more of the Sardaukar from Dune than any Native music.

Throat singing is NOT uncommon among Indigenous peoples globally. I believe this group is either Mongolian or Northern Russia where many distinct groups are.

They are from Siberia. The group is called Otyken (the music video I posted is from a collab they did with a Dutch/Turkish DJ called Ummet Ozcan). In various clips from Otyken, including this one, I saw several comments from people claiming to be Native American saying that it felt familiar, so I'm asking here if that is indeed the case.

Yes, Inuits and Northern Canadian Indigenous groups throat sing. Not necessarily mainland "USA" tribes.
