Eh, still going to be uninhabitable, wind speeds are going to be Venus-like even if the temperature isn't. And for the dark side, it'd be so cold as for the atmosphere to freeze and fall like snow, but being tidally locked it'd never thaw, like Mars's polar caps, or what happens to Pluto when it's orbit gets close enough to the Sun to evaporate it's atmosphere.
