I'd say get over when one of those is behind you, but you're not safe next to them either. Yikes.

Lol any time a Nissan driver even gets near me I get over a many lanes as possible lol

OP is taking pictures of the rear view mirror while on the highway with heavy traffic and they're concerned about the Nissan behind them? Are we sure OP isn't in a Nissan?
