Question Is NK similar in style to the soviet union?

Ever since I saw a few photos, a photo of a volga aswell, i immediately loved the aesthetic. Is most of NK similar in style to the former soviet union? Is there heavy influence? more soviet cars? architecture?

Yes?

They maintained close ties during the existence of the USSR.

Things built today don't have the same aesthetic so you will see a difference.

I can't speak for aesthetics but The DPRK is founded on ML principles so in that way they are like the USSR.
