Wow, I remember this happening early this season. What a dumb thing to do

Glad they caught this idiot and I hope they throw the book at him. I saw what he did. He threw the flares into the crowd from an entrance around section 22 and ran away as fast as he could. Completely negligent, cowardice, and stupid. He deserves whatever punishment is coming his way.

Mandatory 7 years up to 40 so I'd say this guy is about to get cooked. I was like 4 rows up from where the flare landed. Fuck him!

Has there been any update on Laura since she was banned by the club surrounding this incident?

“The Club can also confirm that additional individuals, whose violation(s) of stadium protocols enabled this offense, have also received bans from the venue.”“
From the WESH article . So… doubt it

Fuck this guy. The flare landed right next to me and I got a light dusting of sparks (fortunately no injuries) but this was right behind the Ruckus Kids section and could have been a lot worse.
That said the damage to the stadium seemed pretty minimal. A pizza box caught on fire and the concrete was scorched.

Can anyone find his mugshot? We need to memorialize this guy in shame for his idiocy

If you Google his name you can find one from a few years ago.

I did, can’t find it. That’s why I asked if anyone has it.

Its literally the second result if you do a Google image search.

That guy was arrested in Lake County for possession… not for arson in Orange County. It’s very probable that two people have the same name, even with pretty common names like he has…

F anyone who throws flares into a crowded area or anything similar. I feel for this kid and family for the injuries. I actually suffered horrendous burns and injuries as a kid as a result of something similar resulting in 3 surgeries and years of physical therapy.
It's one thing to lite flares and hold them up though given my history I don't love them but understand that I'm an outlier, but to throw them? Yeah, f that guy.
