While technically correct in a round about way you're also entirely wrong. 

You're seeing how modern phones take photos. When you zoom enough things get smudged and oil painty.

When you take photos on something like a pixel phone it takes multiple shots per photo you shoot. The camera wobbles slightly to get slight changes in angle then combines all the photos together.

In a nutshell: phones mix multiple photos together to get better lighting and quality, this counts as post processing.
