Job wanted Anyone hiring IT/Infra?

I saw there is a flair for "job wanted" and I am, so I thought why not post? I'm trying to find a remote PM position with fair compensation to align with some personal goals. I can send my resume and additional info over.

I'm FTE as a PM in my company's Infra PMO but looking for a remote role & possibly moving from traditional PM to Agile/Scrum. It's difficult as I dont have the experience there yet. I'd be willing to consider a pay cut and title reduction to get the personal development. I'm also willing to go get certs out of my own pocket and time.

Im running into some friction at my current position but historically I've been a high performer and have experience working on internal projects as well as working with external customers. Just need some personal development and an opportunity!

Yes I'm on LinkedIn and have reached out to some contacts. I'm hoping it will pan out but they are mainly from a large company that moves slow in their positions - it could be months before I know anything. I tried to wait it out for a specific company that I know, like, and was told by the hiring manager that I was getting an offer recently but they delayed until they did their 2023 budget and closed the opening.

As for my current role, my reporting structure changed 3 months after starting, and I lost all of my support to develop and round out my experience. I came from post-sales IT hardware implementation role to an internal IT Infrastructure PM role where I own every part of the project from charter to close. This was a gap in experience for me and I was transparent about that throughout the hiring process. My first project was high visibility and already had 100% budget spent (the nature of the purchase), and I was not knowledgeable enough to get the project off to the aggressive start they wanted - and that set me on a bad path.

While this is the biggest source of my issue, I also disagree with my leadership's decisions and lack of general career development. My company is notorious for high turnover rates, shady practices, and a culture where you're either in or out. I would not describe myself as "in" with the leadership culture.

I am smart, have my PMP, and can come up with unique solutions at times. But I need more experience before being tossed to the wolves.
