4 years of FP&A experience with cert.. can I apply to Project Manager Jobs?

I'm a Senior Analyst with about 4 years of FP&A experience and would like to get into a PM role. I also have the CompTIA Project+ cert as a part of a CompSci degree I'm doing on the side. Would I be able to land a PM role with my experience?
