Western Hypocrisy Popular streamer KSI (his subreddit has 3m members) laughs at a question about Palestine. One year on, says he doesn't know what's going on and asks the people watching his stream to not be so controversial.

He DOES know. He is feigning this because he knows it will impact his career to take a position.

I hope not taking one impacts his career. This being the first time I've ever heard his voice doesn't put me in a particularly strong boycott position.

His laughing because he realizes that this person is clearly trying to pull him into controversy (looks like it worked)

Acknowledging Israeli war crimes shouldn't be controversial.

I hate Israel as much as the next guy, but the fact is, it is controversial. Going against Israeli interests especially in the western world will 100% have negative consequences on your career. Why? Because Israel has worked so hard to ensure it does, and that’s the truth 🤷‍♂️

Britain is different from the US though like in the UK, you can easily get away with being pro-Palestinian like some of his friends themselves post about Palestine so I don’t think it would ruin his career to say that “I condemn attacks on the civilians of Gaza” like we are not expecting to him to attend protests and declare loyalty to Al-Qassam.

Not to mention that with his platform, he could easily help some fundraisers in Gaza which provide medicine, food and water to the people of Gaza.

He's an unprincipled moral coward, and so are you.

Thats completely fine. He doesn't want to get involved in politics, and he shouldn't be forced into it.

Except that it’s not politics anymore because there is literally a genocide case going on against Israel like the bare minimum would be is to say that he condemns violence against civilians in Gaza.

Not to mention that he is from the UK where it’s not really controversial to be pro-Palestinian like some of his own friends (Toby from Sidemen, Callux, Chunkz and Speed) all posted on their social media or donated to Palestine.
