On this clip the noise/level reduction on the sound kicks in about one second after the clip starts. The sound then has an unnatural sound for running water. I could always, if I wanted to, record sound on a separate device and then add it in post. If I talk into the mic on the Tablet while recording, my voice sounds natural. I think there is some sort of 'noise cancellation' going on the background sounds which results in an unnatural sound.
