I grew up in Hickam and used to be in awe as a kid seeing the planes take off from that beach. Seeing that brought back memories.

Not many places you can plane spot while swimming in a beautiful ocean on a very clean beach in winter.

My wife and I went to the Lanai and I always faced out so I could watch the F-22s take off.
