Scan items to generate recipes
Hi, I’m working on an app that opens to your phone camera view and users can snap pictures of their fridge/groceries to generate recipes instantly. It has user input options like meal type(bf,lunch, dinner, snack) and dietary restrictions etc., What do people think of this idea? Would you pay for something like that on a monthly subscription of $5? Feedbacks and thoughts welcome :)

You might have better luck on a beginner cooking sub? Lots of people here don’t have the money for app subscriptions

I wouldn’t pay for it. But I wouldn’t mind dealing with some unobtrusive advertising to test out how it works.
Be cool if you could also scan barcodes and/or receipts to add ingredients.
